Thank you for query.

How we see from attached log part, the device looks like send response. But you said that you don't get it. From log we see that device is using 03.18.20 firmware version. In this situation we recommend to update your device because of major and minor improvements. Because we do not share firmware into the forum, please contact your Sales manager.

Well the gps is sending but I cant recived on my cellphone the information, i been instaled a new fw, check my log.
