11439: FM3612 stops sending data while still have lot of data to send.

Hello!

We have 300 FM3612 and we upgraded the firmware and config because of the quectel UC20 problem. After that, the devices started to behaving strange. They have lot of records to download, but only send a few (30 for example) and then disconnects for hours. so they never ends downloading the pending reports. I tried doing a "deleterecords" command. The device goes online again, but in about 20 minutes, they start to delay again. The device is working in UDP mode.

If I check the logs in my server, the server sends the ack in about 100 milliseconds, and the avl packet ID increases.

This is an example of what is happening. The device is sending reports from yesterday, 2019-11-05. After the first message, I send the "deleterecords" command:

I filtered the log by AppSend. Is this normal?

Hi,

From your first terminal log file, we can see the vehicle angle is creating the records.

From the second log file, it's showing that Data link can't be established (Probably a Operator network issue )

Can you please upload the terminal log file for minimum 5 minutes, You can use google drive or we transfer.
