Can the CAN-control also open windows or just close them?

How does it need to be wired?

CAN-CONTROL adapter can open/close windows. But it depends from vehicle if it support it. If this adapter supports your vehicle you can find in our Teltonika WIKI page: https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/CAN_adapter_supported_vehicles If it is supported and you want to know which parameters it can get, please contact your Sales manager which will help you to get it with connection scheme and program number.
