Could you contact your sales manager? We would need to check if this feature is enabled on your tavl account and also we could provide documentation of TAVL4 usage. Usually under messaging>mailbox>sms mail box>you will see green plus sign and enter name + GSM number.

I know how use this function but at this moment stop working on tavl and web4.
This is job for programmers not sales manager - not understand me wrong...
Can you share manual to tavl managment maybe I will find some hint. :(
