Can you explain how to parse beacon record according https://www.eurodk.com/files/catalogue/2064/sensor-and-beacon-testing-instructions-v1-2.pdf documents.

when parse data according documents  i get wrong UUID

And example beacon data on documents looks like below

6B817F8A274D4FBDB62D33E1842F8DF8014D022BBF – iBeacon Data:  what is the mean of "6B8" data ??? 

17F8A274D4FBDB62D33E1842F8DF8 – UUID 

014D – Major 

022B – Minor

 BF – Signal Strength :Signed 2's complement: -65 RSSI

022B - Minor

BF - Signal Strength

21 - iBeacon

A579723675064DC396A7C3520129F619 - UUID 16B according to protocol

0000 - Major

0000 - Minor 

BF - Signal Strength

iBeacon- Contains (UUID,major,minor) 20B

11 data part  has error because data has two ibeacon data but mean of 11, 1 Record out of 1 Beacon Record so 11 – Data part have to be 12 ,does not  it?

UUID looks  like this image on "Device Manager Mobile" application :
