This message contains following IO:
ID, number of bytes, value
21, 1, 4
1, 1, 0
29, 1, 35
113, 1, 97
263, 1, 1
66, 2, 12060
67, 2, 4089
9, 2, 130
25, 2, 32
270, 2, 902

You can look for fuel-related IO according to this spec - https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/FMB64_AVL_ID. Looks like this message does not contain fuel-related data though.

If you know a desired ID, convert it to  hexademical number and Ctrl+F it in original message, next N*2 characters will be the hexademical value.

Oh, wait. There is one more IO from extended codec - ID 387 (Manual CAN 17), maybe that's it. But there's something wrong with number of bytes - 34 is specified instead of 8, so looks like this IO parameter is not valid.
