Hi,

I have 2 FMB120 Devices that have External Storage Full, and the devices can't send data anymore, the question is, what are the cause for this issue? is there a setup for auto delete? or a command to check this storage status?

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry.

The main issue might be that device is not sending data to the server and all packets are stored to memory. If device is not able to send data to server, GSM is not available FMB120will start storing records to flash memory > if full then to external card. . It will send data later when GPRS is available again. Note that FMB120 can have memory full of records. In such case it will start deleting oldest records in order to save new ones. Sending all data records to server may take some time.

If memory is full you can try sending command:

<login><password>sdformat

Link to wiki page for gprs command - https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/FMB_SMS/GPRS_Commands

Hope this will help.
